Seabreeze Cottage is a mid-terraced property located on The Bay holiday village just three miles from Filey in North Yorkshire. The property sleeps five people and has a double bedroom, as well as a family bedroom with adult bunks and a single. The first floor is completed with a bathroom. The ground floor comprises an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area and there is also a ground floor cloakroom. Outside, there is off road parking and communal grounds to explore and shared on-site leisure facilities including an indoor swimming pool. With the pretty seaside resort of Filey just a short distance away, Seabreeze Cottage offers a charming getaway for your North Yorkshire break. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 1 car plus guest parking. Patio with furniture. Communal grounds with picnic areas, BBQs and lakes. Communal leisure facilities inc. free use of swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Optional charge for other facilities inc. gym, tennis courts, scuba diving lessons, archery, fishing and bike hire etc. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub, cafe/pizzeria and pharmacy 2 mins walk. Beach 10 mins walk. Note: Use of the indoor heated swimming pool, children's pool, sauna and steam room is included in the rental price. The gym and additional facilities and activities are available at additional cost, payable on-site. Note: Between the dates of 4th November to 16th December the leisure centre will be under renovation with no access to the pool, sauna and steam room. The gymnasium will still be accessible. However, there will be access to the Flower of May campsite swimming pool Monday to Friday. Access is complimentary with the Bay leisure pass.

Filey is a traditional English seaside resort, with a friendly atmosphere, offering a restful holiday. A fishing town on the North East Coast, Filey has enjoyed a reputation of being a seaside resort since Victorian times. The town is set affront the magnificent Filey Bay, a long stretch of beautiful sand with Filey Brigg to the North with its shallow rock pools.
