Shared lawned garden. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Post office and shop 2.5 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Note: This property is on a working farm with animals. Note: The property has a small beck close to the back door, children must be supervised at all times. Note: The property is reached by a 3/4 mile farm track and gates on route should be closed after passing through. Note: There is no mobile reception at the farm itself; some reception is available in the valley depending on provider. Note: There are two steps into the lounge and steps into the bathroom. Note: The garden is shared with the owner who lives in the adjoining cottage.
