The Stables is a comfortable ground floor apartment set in the grounds of the owners' home, on the edge of the village of Chilsworthy, 2.7 miles from the town of Holsworthy in Devon. This apartment sleeps four people and has two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one small twin, together with a bathroom. The apartment also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there's off road parking for two cars, a private patio, a shared lawned area and shared use of an indoor heated swimming pool. The Stables is an ideal Devon getaway. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Electric storage heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, shared, external coin operated laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own swimming pool/beach towels. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private patio with furniture and BBQ. Shared use of lawned area. Shared use of indoor heated swimming pool (29' x 12' x 4' to 6' deep). Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: WiFi is available for browsing only, not suitable for downloading or streaming. Note: There?s one step down to the double bedroom.Note The pool whilst, available is unheated between the dates 1st November - 15th March Please Note: Although this is a shared swimming pool, during the Covid 19 Pandemic only one family can use at one time.

Holsworthy is a market town situated amid the rolling green hills of Tarka Country in Devon. Holsworthy has much to offer, including a swimming pool, tennis court, splendid park with bowling green, shops, pubs and cafes, as well as an 18-hole golf course just outside the town. Also in the area are fishing, sailing, cycling, walking and sandy beaches.
