The Shire Stables is a delightful semi-detached cottage is on the owners' working farm, two miles from the small Sussex village of Bodle Street Green. This single-storey cottage sleeps four people and has a double and a bunk room, along with a bathroom, a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. Outside there's off road parking for one car and lawned gardens with patio and furniture. The Shire Stables is a great base with many attractions and places to visit in the area, including Battle and Bexhill-on-Sea. With many quaint, seaside and market towns, historic sites and miles of glorious coastline to explore, Sussex has it all for a great holiday destination.

The small village of Bodle Street Green is situated in the heart of rural East Sussex and has a collection of cottages, farms and period manor houses all set in glorious countryside. Two miles away is the larger village of Hertsmonceux, where on the outskirts you will find Herstmonceux Castle and Grounds Also within reach are Hastings, Rye and Pevensey.

"A fantastic location for a holiday rental. A warm welcome from the owner and the dogs. Well decorated and equipped. Clean and tidy. Away from the towns but easy to drive to through scenic roads. Children friendly area all around. Places to visit all around you. We will recommend to friends and family and hopefully be back soon ourselves. Thankyou for your hospitality"
