Gas central heating with gas fire. Electric oven with gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk.

Wadebridge is a bustling market town, alongside the River Camel in Cornwall. The town has a number of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as Cornwall's only family-owned cinema. The beautiful countryside surrounding the town is criss-crossed with a network of local footpaths, with the renowned Camel Trail passing through the town.
