Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 1 car at rear of property with additional roadside parking at front on a first come, first served basis. Lockable bike storage. Front gravelled garden with decking and furniture. Rear enclosed lawned garden with furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 11 mins walk, pub 5 mins walk. Beach 2 mins walk. Note: Between the rear door and the garden, there is an access road, care should be taken and children should be supervised. Note: Mobile phone reception may be intermittent at this property.

Situated on the banks of the River Annan, the historic town of Annan was once the site of Roman camps and the workplace of the writer Thomas Carlyle. In honour of the Royal Charter bestowed by King James V, every year, the town celebrates with parades, massed pipe bands and competitions. Many small towns, villages, hamlets and stunning sandy beaches make up the area around the town. Further afield are the city of Glasgow, the abbeys of Melrose and Jedburgh, plus the northern part of the Lake District and Hadrian's Wall. Annan and the surrounding area are a perfect base, at any time of the year.
