The property offers upside down accommodation with an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area on the first floor and three bedrooms and a family bathroom on the ground floor. There is a four poster double bedroom with en-suite bathroom as well as two super king-size bedrooms, one also having en-suite facilities. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a garden with furniture and a firepit. Barnowl Holiday Cottage is a perfect base for exploring this lovely area. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Patio and gravelled area with furniture and firepit. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 miles. Note: There are sloping ceilings to the side of the living area.

"This lovely modern cottage is just outside of Bridlington with farm land around you. Although there is a main road nearby there is no disturbance it's lovely to relax in the garden overlooking fields. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine. It was lovely that each bedroom had its own bathroom."
