Cwt Mochyn is a ground floor former livestock stone barn, lovingly converted into a striking longhouse situated in undulating West Wales countryside, nine miles from Aberaeron sleeping six people in two double bedrooms (one with en-suite) and a twin room. There is a family bathroom. The rest of the cottage contains a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with woodburner. To the outside of the property there is off road parking for one car and an enclosed garden with patio, furniture and barbecue. Cwt Mochyn is an ideal property for families and groups to immerse themselves in rural west Wales. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot and highchair. Allocated off road parking for 4 cars. Secure bike and golf/fishing equipment storage. Front, enclosed garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: WiFi available Note: No mobile phone signal. Note: Private water supply from spring and borehole which is filtered and tested annually. Note: The owners' have free-roaming chickens, dog and cats. Note: Guests' dogs must be kept on a lead while outdoors due to the vicinity of sheep in adjoining field Note: The approach to the property is along a single track lane.

Cross Inn is a quiet Welsh village with a welcoming pub and a very well stocked local shop that are the heart of this agricultural community. A very popular walking and cycling area, there are trails right from the doorstep too, along with the chance to enjoy fishing and golf in the area. Also within reach are beaches, coves and dramatic clifftop coastal paths.
