4 Church Row is a charming, mid-terrace cottage located in Wold Newton, near Hunmanby, in a lovely part of North Yorkshire. Hosting two bedrooms; a king-size and children's bunks, this house can sleep four people. The interior also has a bathroom, a kitchen/diner with a breakfast bar and a sitting room with an electric woodburner-effect fire. To the exterior is lockable bike storage and a garden at the rear 50m up the path, as well as a patio area with furniture and shared access (though usually quiet). 4 Church Row offers the ideal break to the countryside, with the coast in driving distance. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Hunmanby is perched on the edge of the Yorkshire Wolds, surrounded by countryside. This bustling village looks down across farmland towards North Yorkshire's historic seaside resort of Filey. It offers excellent amenities, including ancient coaching inns, shops, tea rooms and eateries, as well as a train station offering access to popular Bridlington, Scarborough, Whitby and beyond. Just three miles away sits Filey, a lovely traditional seaside town boasting two elegant promenades and beautiful sandy beaches edged by rows of neat, colourful beach huts.
