Kitchen with dining area. Utility. Sitting room with gas fire.

There is one double bedroom, one twin and one second floor family room sleeping three. The accommodation also comprises a ground floor bathroom, a modern kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with gas fire. Outside there is roadside parking on a first come, first served basis, and a rear courtyard with a small patio at the front. Sunset View is a lovely property to spend your relaxing family holiday. Impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the Lake District has it all. From walking in the mountains to exhilarating watersports or just a gentle cruise on a steam-powered yacht, Cumbria is the perfect holiday destination.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Roadside parking on a first come, first served basis. Enclosed courtyard with furniture, small front patio with bench. Two well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 5 mins walk. Note: There are 11 steps leading to the front door. Note: The stairs to the second floor are steep and narrow, so may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

The town of Maryport offers a deep water harbour and modern marina, shopping centre, weekly market, beautiful Georgian houses, an aquarium, and two museums. The area is an excellent place walking and cycling, plus the town of Cockermouth, and the Lake District National Park are close by.
