Lilipad Cottage is situated on the The Bay Holiday Park near to Filey in North Yorkshire. The house sleeps four people in two bedrooms, a double and a twin along with a family bathroom. The rest of the accommodation comprises an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is a private patio and shared use of the park's facilities including an indoor swimming pool, a gym and tennis court. With so much going on in the area, Lilipad Cottage is perfect for a superb holiday, all year round. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Facilities & Amenities
Gas central heating. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private patio with furniture. Communal grounds with picnic areas and lakes. Communal leisure facilities, inc. free use of indoor swimming pool, gym, sauna and steam room. Optional charge for other facilities inc. scuba diving lessons, fishing, bike hire, beauticians, archery etc. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Chemist/shop selling basic items and pub 5 mins walk. Beach 1 mile. Note: Use of the indoor heated swimming pool, children's pool, gym, sauna and steam room is included in the rental price. Other additional facilities and activities are available at additional cost, payable on-site. Note: Open lakes in grounds, children must be supervised at all times. Please note: Swimming pool will be closed for refurbishment from 4th November - 15th December.

Filey is a traditional English seaside resort with a friendly atmosphere, offering a restful holiday. A fishing town on the North East Coast, Filey has enjoyed a reputation of being a resort since Victorian times, set affront the magnificent Filey Bay, a long stretch of sand. The town itself seems almost caught in a time warp, retaining much of its character with individual shops, narrow paths, and ginnels.

The cottage is immaculately clean cosy and comfortable...a real home from home. The location is quiet but still close to all facilities. "We stayed at lilipad cottage. It is a beautiful cottage that has the feeling of home from home. Very comfortable & cosy the cottage had everything you need for your holiday. There is plenty to do at The Bay had a meal at the pub which was nice . There is a nice walk along the beach to Filey however the beast from the east didn't allow us to do it this time. Many thanks to Dawn and Stephen your cottage in Filey is fab"
