This well-appointed ground floor annexe is located close to Norwich and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x twin with TV, 1 x single with pull-out trundle bed . Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, breakfast bar (seats 4) and sitting area.

Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, slimline dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi & 4G, selection of books, games and DVDs, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Patio with furniture. Lawned garden separated by trellis for your privacy. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 4 mins walk. Norwich Train Station 1 mile. Note: The twin room is accessed via the single room. Note: There is one small step to access the property. Note: The owner is fluent in Italian. Please note: Please note from May 2019 any future bookings will have main bedroom with twin bed and second bedroom with single bed with a trundle. Note - The property is attached to the owners' home and they have a large friendly dog. The dog will sometimes use the shared garden area and he will be supervised.
