This cottage sleeps four people and has a king-size double and twin room, along with a bathroom, a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room with gas fire and a summer room. Outside there's off road parking for two cars, a gravel front garden and a rear patio with furniture. 43 Lon y Cyll is a great base for families with a number of seaside resorts in the area, along with many attractions within easy reach. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Gas central heating with gas coal-effect fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, TV with Freeview and WiFi. Entrance/utility room with dryer , fridge and freezer facility. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Off road parking for 2 cars, with free roadside parking. Gravel front garden, plus rear patio with furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Beach 3 mins walk.

Abergele is a pleasant seaside town situated on the lovely North Wales coastline and is ideally positioned between the stunning Vale of Clwyd and the lovely Conwy Valley. Renowned for the impressive Gwych Castle which overlooks the town, and its enormous sandy beach, the whole area offers safe bathing waters and excellent watersports facilities.

"The location is perfect and in a nice, residential neighbourhood. Garden very secure for pets. Views of hills from front of property and fields at rear. However, window in main bedroom, overlooking fields, needs repair (condensation). Main bedroom is lovely; spacious, big TV, wardrobe and memory foam bed (bliss). Unfortunately, 2nd bedroom looks into next door's bathroom/brick wall, small TV too high on wall (causes bad picture) and uncomfortable bed; very cramped with no room for wardrobe. Perhaps the main bedroom is overcompensating? Bathroom great but cramped; excellent shower facilities. Kitchen great but cooking pans need replacing. Patio area large with wonderful views and some lovely, comfy garden seats; bit of TLC required for overgrowing plants blocking view. Plaster work needs attention, particularly in sitting room (not a great first impression). Lots of 'stuff' around the property but not essential as it's a good property; holidaymakers tend to bring too much anyway. 2-Seater in sitting room is a recliner and the arm-chairs are a good size. However, rather too much furniture in a small room. Steps into, within and at the rear of the property should be noted as likely unsuitable for the infirm or the clumsy (I fell from bungalow into porch). My opinion is that the owner tries hard but shouldn't worry. It's a fair property for a fair price in one of the best locations and, of course, is pet friendly :)"
