Gas central heating. Electric range oven with gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Free public car park 2 min walk away. Lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Shop and restaurant 10 mins walk, cafe and pub 2 mins walk. Note: This property is situated on a main road, so may have some traffic noise. Note: There are a number of steps and raised areas in the garden, children should be supervised at all times.

Llanelli is a traditional mining town on the mouth of the River Loughor and has been extensively redeveloped, after the mining industry declined, to offer modern shopping centres, a theatre and the scenic Millennium Coastal Cycle Path. For all kinds of sports fans Llanelli is the perfect location. Nearby beaches can be enjoyed or invigorating walks can be extended to include parts of the world famous Welsh Coastal Path.

"We stayed here for a week in December. Was nice to be so close to the sea, waking up hearing sea gulls, etc. The bathroom is really amazing. It has a great walk in shower, and a stand-alone bath. Even for our family of six, it was preferable to having two small bathrooms. The house is recently refurbished. And really tasteful. The landlord checked before and during our stay that everything was fine. Parking is on the street outside. We had no problems finding a space nearby."
