This lovely first and second floor apartment situated in the town of Whitby just six miles from Robin Hood's Bay in North Yorkshire. The apartment can sleep two people in one double bedroom as well as a family bathroom. Also in the apartment is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is public car parking 300 yards away. Caedmon's Rest is a delightful apartment and a perfect romantic retreat. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Public car park 300 yards. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and beach 1 mins walk. Note: The stairs to the bedroom are steep and winding.

The ancient fishing port of Whitby lies at the mouth of the River Esk and is ideally situated for exploring this beautiful part of Yorkshire, with its superb coastline and close proximity to the spectacular North York Moors. Whitby is a charming and atmospheric town of winding streets and hidden alleys, with a picturesque harbour, safe sandy beaches and of course the Abbey, reached by the famous 199 steps.

"This apartment is ideally situated on Church Street in the heart of old Whitby. The apartments are warm, clean and comfortable. We parked in the car park opposite the Endeavour Pub and walked with our luggage to the apartment. The only downside is the steep winding steps up to the second floor bedroom, the bathroom being on the first floor."
"Lovely one bedroom flat on 2 levels, situation in a great location at the base of the 199 steps. Flat nicely equipped to meet all your needs. Close to beach, bars, restaurants. Only problem may be trying to park close by - this is a Whitby in general issue though."
