Outside there is off road parking for three cars and an enclosed patio with furniture and a hot tub. Ysgubor - Barn is a delightful holiday cottage, perfect for a family holiday. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, shared use of 2 x washing machines and tumble dryer in external utility, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi (not suitable for streaming), selection of books and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot. Off road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed patio with furniture and hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.3 miles. Note: Mobile phone signal may be limited with some phone providers.

Betws yn Rhos is a peaceful Welsh village with a local village shop, Post Office and friendly village pub which offers quality dining, real ales, games room and dog-friendly beer garden. The Silver Birch golf course is a welcoming Pay and Play 18-hole course, which is also home to the first 18-hole Footgolf in Wales, suitable for all ages and skills. Within 4 miles you will find the sandy beaches and coastal path leading from Colwyn Bay, through Llanddulas and into Abergele, which is a pleasant seaside town on the lovely North Wales coastline and is ideally positioned between the stunning Vale of Clwyd and the lovely Conwy Valley.
