Oil-fired underfloor central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven, touch ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Off road parking for 2 cars on shared drive. External bike rack. Front and side lawned gardens with woodland, patio, furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: Mobile phone signal may be limited with some networks.

Neston is a town on the Wirral Peninsula that offers many shops, cafes and restaurants, and has a regular Friday market and a monthly farmers' market. Neston is ideally located for a day out in Chester, Liverpool or Manchester and a reasonable driving distance to the North Wales coastline and the Snowdonia National Park.
