The Flour Pot is a charming detached stone cottage, set in a quiet spot in Rosedale Abbey village, in the heart of the North York Moors and can sleep two people in one double bedroom with en-suite shower room. The rest of the property contains an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside of the property there is off road parking for one car and a small bench. With a myriad of footpaths and historic market towns nearby, The Flour Pot is perfect for a romantic retreat. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Private parking for 1 car in gated courtyard. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: There is no mobile reception available in Rosedale Abbey. Note: This property does not accept children or infants. Note: Check-in 4pm.

Perfectly positioned for touring both the Moors and the Coast, the picturesque village of Rosedale Abbey is situated in the heart of the North York Moors National Park. Located in Rosedale, a beautiful valley of sweeping hillsides and breathtaking views, this lovely little settlement is surrounded by wonderful moorland countryside and offers walks in every direction. The village is home to the remains of a 12th Century Cistercian Priory - a stone pillar, staircase and sundial are all that remain, which gave the town its unusual name. The village is now largely made up of stone-built cottages clustered around the village green. Packed with local amenities such as shops, tearooms, an art gallery, a glass studio and three old country pubs, there is plenty to do without venturing to nearby Hutton-le-Hole, Ryedale and Kirkbymoorside.
