Oil central heating with woodburning stoves. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Saorview, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stoves inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Front lawned garden with gravelled area to side and rear. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: A small step leads from the entrance porch to sitting room.

The County Roscommon village of Curraghboy, lies 8 miles northwest of Athlone. It has a public house and two grocery shops. The nearby village of Kiltoom is situated just 6 miles away and also has a village store. Athlone, at the very centre of Ireland, is just 9.5 miles away and is the largest town in the region and is home to a 12th century castle. Roscommon is 12 miles away, and offers a selection of shops, pubs and eateries, as well as a varied programme at the Rosscommon Arts Centre.
