This barn conversion is located in the village of Cheddleton near Leek, and can sleep nineteen people in eight bedrooms. Eight bedrooms in total comprising: Lee House Cottage: Ground floor open plan kitchen/ diner with french windows to garden and breakfast bar, large sitting room with wood burner and french windows to garden, wet-room with rainfall shower, basin and wc. Utility. Ground floor super-king double. Stairs from dining area to four bedrooms, two super-king doubles, one triple room (adult size bunk beds and one single), one family room with super-king size double, day bed and single with en suite bath, handheld shower, basin and wc. Bathroom with bath, electric shower over, basin and wc. Stairs from sitting room to twin bedroom 2' 6" beds (may be double on request). Ostler's Cottage (separate outside entrance) Ground floor living/dining/kitchen area with wood burner, one super-king size double room, wet-room with rainfall shower , basin and wc., stairs from living area to mezzanine super-king double with en-suite bath, handheld shower, basin and wc. All super-king beds are zip/link and may be twin on request but please note only two beds may be split for twins at any one time.

Electric oven and hob,microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine in Ostler's Cottage. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Additional logs can be purchased from the owner. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. 2 x travel cot and 2 x highchair available on request. Lockable bike storage. Ample off road parking. Lawned garden with furniture, table tennis table, hot tub with Bluetooth speakers . Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: The approach to the property passes through pastureland used by a local dairy farm and you may occasionally be required to wait while the cows are moved. Note: The property has level access inside and out with one small step into Ostler's Cottage for which a ramp is available. Please contact the owners if you have any specific requirements for accessibility. Note: This property does not accept Stag, Hen or similar parties.

The village of Cheddleton is located in the Staffordshire Moorlands, near to the market town of Leek, with shops, a Post Office, pubs and a restaurant. Visit the nearby Churnet Valley Railway, an attraction for steam enthusiasts and families alike. Nearby is Leek, surrounded by moorland countryside. The town has a cobbled market place and many examples of Victorian architecture.
