There is a family bathroom and an additional wet room on the ground floor. The rest of the cottage contains a kitchen with dining area and a siting room with a sofa bed. To the outside of the property there is off road parking for two cars and a front patio area with furniture. Celyn is an ideal property for those who are looking for a rural retreat with spectacular countryside all around or for those looking to enjoy watersports at nearby Bala. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

The busy market town of Bala sits within the beautiful Snowdonia National Park and is located at the head of Llyn Tegid, The famous lake at Bala, is the largest natural lake in Wales and home to a unique fish called the Gwyniaid, which is a relic of the Ice Age. Celebrated as a centre for many fantastic water sports including fishing, sailing, canoeing, windsurfing and white water rafting.

"This cottage was perfect, it was so clean it appeared brand new. Spacious accommodation for 2 adults and 2 children with everything needed for your self catering holiday. The views from the terrace are amazing. Laundry on site. It is a short drive from Bala and well placed for visiting North Wales. We had a lovely holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this accommodation There are also 6 other accomodations on the same site"
