Cartmel Cottage is a lovely mid-terrace cottage is situated in the village of Cark just two miles from Cartmel in the Lake District. The cottage can sleep four people in one double bedroom and one 2' 6'' twin bedroom which can be zip/linked to make a king-size double bedroom, together with a family bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside are front and rear decking areas. Cartmel Cottage is a delightful cottage and in an ideal area for exploring this beautiful part of the country. Impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the Lake District has it all. From walking in the mountains to exhilarating watersports or just a gentle cruise on a steam-powered yacht, Cumbria is the perfect holiday destination.

Cark in Cartmel is a small Lakeland village just two miles from Cartmel, one of the prettiest villages in the Lake District. Cark is well served by the Furness line railway, and features pretty streamside strolls, lovely walks to the local coastline overlooking Morecambe Bay, two fine traditional old pubs and a scattering of small shops.
