This is a smart, detached, ground floor cottage situated on a private, family-owned estate, set just six miles from Ullapool and can sleep five people in three bedrooms. All ground floor. Three bedrooms: 2 x twin, 1 x single. Bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Drying room/boot room. Sitting room with open fire.

Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Decked area to front and large enclosed lawned garden with sea views and BBQ. This property benefits from a fast Broadband connection. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 6 miles. Coast and beach 3 mins walk. Note: Shooting takes place on the estate all year round. Note: Due to fishing on the estate, children must to be supervised at all times. Note: Check-in 4pm. Note: This property does not accept workers

Ullapool, nestling on the shores of Loch Broom and overlooking the Summer Isles, is the largest settlement in Wester Ross. The town offers some lovely pubs and restaurants, a range of shops including a well-stocked supermarket, a challenging coastal golf course and a museum and Visitor Centre. Ullapool is an ideal base from which to explore the North West of Scotland, with most of the main tourist attractions an easy drive away.
