Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Shared external laundry.
Foxes is a delightful barn conversion, one of four, situated at the foot of Helman Tor near Lanivet. The cottage sleeps four people in three bedrooms which are a four poster double room with a TV and en-suite shower room and two ground floor single rooms. There is also a bathroom and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a shared lawned garden with furniture. Foxes is set within a nature reserve and is a fantastic base for friends or a family to enjoy the surrounding countryside.

Electric central heating and air conditioning. Electric range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, shared use of washing machine and tumble dryer, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared lawned garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: Water supply is from a borehole on-site. The water is double filtered and the supply is serviced once a year.

"This place was full of mould and damp. It stinks when opening the door. It is old fashioned and obviously hasn't been aired out correctly. When asking for money back when leaving the property as soon as possible I was ignored by the management and the owners. I would seriously avoid this place especially if people in your party have health problems related to mould. It is not suitable what so ever. KEEP AWAY - I am having to resort to sueing for a refund and had to speak with environmental health about the "cottage"."
