There is also a first floor open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for one car and there is additional roadside parking available on a first come first served basis. Bon Vista is perfect for friends and families and is only s one minute walk from the beach.

"Good location for beach. Functional but in need of decoration and cleaning - e.g. damp patch on bedroom wall, flaking paint, mould and hair in showers, fly mess on ceilings, cooking utensils dirty. Parking not easy to access and not marked for guests. No control of heating - thermostat locked away behind cover - so either too hot or too cold."
