Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, Blu-ray, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Stairgate available. Roadside parking on first come, first served basis. Garden room and courtyard with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs, restaurants and beach 10 mins walk. Note: The first floor garden room and rear courtyard are accessed from the landing. Note: The stairs in the cottage are steep and narrow, care should be taken.

Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its special appeal. The town offers two superb beaches - the North Shore, with its wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels and the quieter West Shore with miles of sandy shoreline backed by sand dunes and superb views towards Anglesey.

"Beautiful cottage well decorated and the owners have not scrimped with this cottage, well laid out kitchen has everything you need , living room comfy and homely , bed excellent and conservatory very relaxing . Loved seeing welsh cakes , milk , tea and coffee , just what you need after a long journey but the icing on the cake was bacon and eggs . There are a few owners who could learn from having a welcome pack . A couple of minor grumps stairway is very narrow and steep and cottage is some way up a steep hill , because of this I would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues ( this did not detract from our enjoyment )"
"This is a beautiful cottage ,well presented. The standard of cleanliness, the decoration, fixtures and fittings gave it a really comfortable and welcoming feeling. The owner made us very welcome and the Welsh cakes and milk were a very thoughtful touch. We hope to return soon."
