The Latches is a detached character country cottage situated in a rural area, within the small village of Torbryan, near Torquay and can sleep six people in one super king-size double bedroom (zip/link) with en-suite, a double and a twin room. There is a ground floor shower room. The rest of the property contains a kitchen, utility, a conservatory with dining area and a sitting room with dining area and woodburner. To the outside of the property there is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed lawned garden with ponds and furniture. The Latches is an ideal base where families can relax in comfort and enjoy exploring the surrounding area. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars. Storage for bikes and equipment. Enclosed lawned garden with ponds, patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pubs 1 mile, Note: There are two unfenced ponds in the garden, children to be supervised. Note: The stairs are steep and narrow, may be unsuitable for young children or those with limited mobility.

Ipplepen is a quiet, rural village near Totnes in South Devon, twenty minutes' drive from the beautiful beaches along the English Riviera. With a village pub and shop and a peaceful pace of life, Ipplepen provides a great base for a cottage holiday, and is ideally situated for exploring South Devon.
