Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking. 1 acre of gated gardens, with hot tub, pizza oven, table and chairs. Heated indoor pool and leisure area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Swimming pool towels also provided. Note: No stag/hen or similar.

The town of Poole has one of the world's biggest natural harbours, which features five pine-clad islands, the largest of these is Brownsea Island. To the west is the Isle of Purbeck, which offers scenic countryside, quaint villages and seascapes. The beaches at Sandbanks and the seaside resort of Bournemouth are nearby, plus the wonderful New Forest National Park is within driving distance.
