Outside there is roadside parking available on a first come first served basis with a permit provided. With amenities on your doorstep and a variety of activities available nearby, Picadore provides a fantastic base for a brilliant holiday. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking outside property and in surrounding streets on first come first served basis, scratch card permits provided. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 1 min walk. Coast and beach 5 mins walk.

Popular since Victorian times, the vibrant seaside town of Scarborough retains many of its original fine buildings, parks and gardens, as well as its historic castle which overlooks the town. North Bay and South Bay provide two superb stretches of beautiful, golden sandy beaches, popular with families and small children. There are a number of child friendly activities and many excellent visitor attractions for grown-ups too, including the Stephen Joseph Theatre, Scarborough Spa and Scarborough Open Air Theatre for live music.

"Lovely flat, all mod cons. Really only a couple of minutes from both North and South Bay and Scarborough Castle and close to old town and town centre. Plenty of parking options. And most important to us: dog friendly. So is the owner."
