A beautiful stone property in the village of Calver in the Peak District which can sleep ten people in five bedrooms. Five bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x king-size double (zip/link, can be twin on request), 1 x ground floor twin (zip/link, can be king-size double on request) with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin, 1 x adult bunks. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast bar. Sitting room with dining area (seats 12) and two single sofa beds. Sun room with seating (seats 6).

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair available on request. Off road parking for 4 cars. Enclosed rear split level garden with patio. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Cars should be reversed in for safety. Note: 14 steps down from car parking and some degree of noise from the road.

The delightful, traditional village of Calver lies in the shadow of Froggatt Edge and Curbar Gap, in the heart of the Peak District National Park. A traditional village with a Post Office and a country pub serving good food, Calver is close to the National Trust-owned Longshaw Estate, and less than five miles from Chatsworth House - home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire.
