Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair available, Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Beach 3 mins walk. Note: Due to the property's location, fires and BBQs are not permitted. Note: The property is situated near the clifftop and although fenced, children and pets need to be supervised. Note: No stag/hen or similar.

Over 24 acres of clifftop nature reserve, situated between Highcliffe Castle and Friars Cliffe on the western Hampshire coast, on the southern boundaries of the New Forest and East Dorset, near the historic waterside town of Christchurch. The reserve was formerly part of the Highcliffe Castle estate, and was named after a steamer boat which ran aground back in 1830. Created a designated nature reserve in 2005, the area preserves the natural woodland of oak and hazel, providing habitats for many species of flora, animal and birdlife, offering peaceful trails through the trees.

"Location is superb -right on the cliff top with no other houses around ! Lovely go to bed listening to the sea and the owls. Whole place was spotlessly clean and equipped. Have already booked for 2 more weeks next year (need I say more!) Great beach just down the steps for dog walking/playing/walking or just ice cream eating."
