Oil central heating in the bedroom and hall with electric heating in the living area. Electric oven and hob, microwave, larder fridge, 2 x TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden with ha-ha running to one side, patio with furniture, BBQ and access to enclosed orchard. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2.5 miles, pub 1.3 miles across private land. Note: Tesco deliveries available. Note: 3 Solid stone steps connecting to kitchen/living room Note: Due to the ha-ha ditch, care should be taken. Note: This property is not suitable for children or infants. Note: Check-in time 4pm.
