Outside is off-road parking for one car and a lawned garden with patio and furniture. Duck Cottage is set in a fabulous village location and ideal for exploring this lovely part of the country. Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways - East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 1 car and ample roadside parking 100 yards from cottage. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Beach 2 miles. Note: The off road parking is suitable for an average sized saloon car and there is no dropped kerb.

Snettisham is a traditional Norfolk village, with many of its houses built from the local iron-rich carr stone, which has an attractive golden-brown colouring. Due to this, the buildings are known locally as 'gingerbread houses'. Village amenities include general stores, a Post Office, 2 inns, a bistro and a regular bus service to the bustling, family-friendly seaside resort of Hunstanton and historic King's Lynn.
