This lovely property is in the village of Turners Hill near to East Grinstead and can sleep six people in two bedrooms. First Floor Small entrance lobby. Cloakroom/ WC. Open plan Kitchen and Living / Relaxing Area. Patio doors from the Lounge lead on to a large decked balcony overlooking the lake. Master Bedroom with King-size bed, TV and en-suite shower, basin and WC. Dining Room. Stairs leading to: Second floor Family room with 1 Double bed and 1 Single bed with pull-out additional single bed. This large room has a separate en-suite shower room, basin and WC. Washing Machine and laundry area. Outside Decked Balcony with awning and garden furniture overlooking the lake and woodland. Parking space for 2 cars.

Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, combination microwave/oven, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher. 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD player, radio, Wi-Fi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power Inc in rent. Gas Central Heating. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed raised deck with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Access to the property is via a flight of external stairs as is on the first floor. Note: Both bedrooms have open plan en-suites. Note: The large raised decked area is private and is for guests use only. Note: The woodland, grounds and lake are private for owners use only. Note: There is a deep lake adjoining the property and children must be supervised. Note: The garage below is used by the owners, associated noise from the electronic doors will occasionally be heard. Note: This property does not accept business or worker bookings.

Turners Hill is a quiet, peaceful village in rural Sussex, full of old world charm and character. Due to this the village centre has been designated as a conservation area and is picture perfect in every way with a central village green and with it's local shops and pubs forming the focal point. There are two excellent pubs one overlooking the village green,The Red Lion and The Crown, both serve local ales and delicious home cooked meals with produce sourced from farms nearby.

Linda and Barry are incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They were more than happy to help with any queries we had. A truly fantastic place to stay in a lovely village."
"The instructions left by Linda to get to the place was clear. The house was spacious and clean and very beautiful. We had some trouble with the kitchen and Linda and her husband were really quick to resolve it. We absolutely love this place. My family and I hope to come back there soon."
