Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Shop and pub 1 min walk. Please note: bookings must all fall within a Saturday to Saturday. Note: Check-in is 4pm

Allendale is ideally placed for accessing Carlisle to the west, Hexham to the east or the Roman Wall just to the north. There are lots of walks and unspoilt villages in the area, which makes a great location for exploring the surrounding countryside or travelling further north to the glorious Heritage Coastline. Home to the New Year tradition of Tar Bar'ls - well worth seeing, as well as the Allen Valleys Folk Festival.
