Outside there's off road parking for three cars and a shared lawned garden with decked area, summerhouse, pond and furniture. Hill House is a lovely base for couples and families with the whole of Norfolk within reach.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lockable bike storage. Sole use of lawned garden area with decked area, summerhouse, unfenced pond, furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: This property is above a cart barn, used for storage only. Note: Sloping ceilings in bathroom and open plan living area. Note: There is an unfenced pond in the garden, children must be supervised at all times.

Watton is a well-served market town in the district of Breckland, within driving distance of Norwich. The village has a traditional market held every Wednesday morning, two supermarkets and a number of independent shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Within reach is the popular Thetford Forest Park, a number of golf courses and other market towns and villages.

"A truly stunning barn conversion. Pet-friendly out dog loved the local walks. A huge well-kept garden. Extremely quiet (no noise at all just the birds in the trees) but just 2 miles from Watton town with pubs bars shops and a Tesco supermarket. Good WiFi - and everything one could need ready in the house for a great holiday."
"This cottage was perfect for us. We received a warm welcome from the owners (and their dog!). We chose this cottage mainly because it is 'dog friendly' It is situated in a rural area so it is quiet and peaceful with a lovely garden to relax in. The owners live on site but we were left to enjoy our stay whilst they were readily available when we needed advice. Getting around the area was easy and we were able to visit a variety of places during our stay. Highly recommended."
