Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Beach 3 mins walk. Note: Infants up to the age of 1 year only. Note: Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Note - Between 5th November 2018 - 31st March 2019 there will be building works in the hotel grounds of St Merryn Holiday Park, works will take place be between 8am - 4.30pm please call for further information.
