This terraced townhouse is in the centre of Eyemouth sleeps six people in four bedrooms. Over three floors. Four bedrooms: 1 x second floor king-size with en-suite bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC, 1x second floor single, 1 x first floor king , 1 x triple bunks (double futon with memory foam mattress below, single bed on top), Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, Please note the property is the Cream House.
The Beach House is a terraced townhouse in the centre of Eyemouth sleeping six people in four bedrooms. Set over three floors, the bedrooms consist of a second floor king-size with an en-suite bathroom, a first floor king-size , a first floor triple bunks (double futon with a memory foam mattress below, single above) and a second floor single. There is also a bathroom and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is roadside parking available. The Beach House is a welcoming pet-friendly cottage, perfect for group gatherings situated close to beaches and family fun.

Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with DVD, Sky bundle, WiFi, selection of games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Small free public car park to the rear 1 min walk away. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and beach 1 min walk. Note: The dining tables are drop leaf and in order for 8 to eat formally some furniture would have to be moved. Note: Max 6 adults and 2 children.

Situated on the East Coast, just over the Scottish Border, and only eight miles north of Berwick-upon-Tweed, Eyemouth has been a bustling fishing port for centuries, and there are a number of local fishmongers still supplied from local fishing boats today. Narrow cobbled streets preserve the ancient character of this delightful coastal town, and there's a number of visitor attractions outlining the history of the area.

"The beach house was very clean and had ample bedrooms for our family of 4. The weather was just superb and made our stay in Eyemouth great! The description on the Internet about the house is pretty accurate except the parking. We brought 2 cars and had difficulty getting parking at the same place which is behind the house most nights.. We all enjoyed staying at the beach house but could not figure out how to work the DVD player. Obviously we are not technically clever.. Overall, we would highly recommend the beach house to anyone wanting a nice place for their holiday near the beach!"
"Really enjoyed this cottage, a real home from home in a nice spot near to all the things you need on holiday without going in the car; the beach, harbour, pubs, restaurants, great fish/chips, ice cream etc. Near to superb Indian Brasserie, few hundred yards from good Co-operative supermarket for anything you need, so all in all very convenient and comfortable. Easy car trips to Edinburgh, Berwick and Holy Island. Outstanding family beach at Coldingham up the road, good coastal walks too. We parked two cars no problem all week on unlimited road parking nearby. No ground floor loo and a lot of stairs may be an issue for older relatives. Highly recommended for families wanting a great break with lots nearby."
