Dappledown is a lovely apartment to relax in after busy days exploring this beautiful part of the English coast. Kent is affectionately known as the Garden of England. Its history and heritage provide the region with a rich array of sightseeing possibilities, while the stunning choice of Blue Flag beaches offer the chance to enjoy the beautiful coastline.

Gas central heating with gas fire. Double electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent.Highchair, stairgate and two folding single beds available on request. Ample roadside parking approx 30 yards away. Front patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 mins walk, pub 2 mins walk. Beach 1 mile. Note: There are 4 steps down to entrance door.

St. Margaret's at Cliffe has long been a holiday hideaway and during the years has been home to many famous people including Noel Coward, Peter Ustinov and Ian Fleming. Some of the Bond books were indeed written while Fleming was staying at his home in St Margaret's at Cliffe. It is believed he gave his character James Bond agent number 007 after the number of the bus that still runs between London and Deal.

"It is stylish, very spacious, clean and has everything you would need. The pictures does not fully capture how great this property is, it was much bigger than we thought and kept in top condition. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. Dover is a beautiful place, very peaceful and the views are amongst the best you will see in England. The apartment is 10-15 mins from the White Cliffs and Dover Castle. We would definitely be visiting again."
"This apartment was first class,everything you could want was there, even a teapot! Plenty of books, dvds and games. Great corner shop nearby and better still pub with good food. Beach is nice if difficult to walk back from because of a very steep hill, but if you like rock pooling it's ideal."
