This lovely first floor studio apartment is situated in the hamlet of Nibthwaite in the Lake District National Park and can sleep two people. All first floor. Open plan studio accommodation with double bed, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Kitchen.
The Studio is a lovely first floor studio apartment in the hamlet of Nibthwaite, close to Coniston Water and nine miles from Coniston in the Lake District National Park. This apartment sleeps two people in an open plan living/sleeping area with one double bed, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. There's also a separate kitchen and a bathroom. To the outside of the apartment there is off road parking for two cars, lockable bike storage and use of a shared lawned garden with furniture. The Studio is close to many walking opportunities and is the perfect base for a romantic break away. Impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the Lake District has it all. From walking in the mountains to exhilarating water sports or just a gentle cruise on a steam-powered yacht, Cumbria is the perfect holiday destination.

Oil central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, payphone, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Lockable bike storage. Shared lawned area with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Note: A car is essential for traveling to and from the cottage and for touring the area. Note: The garden is shared with the owner's and their chickens. Note: Adults only, no children of any age. Note: There is a connecting door to the owner's property, which is locked on both sides at all times. Note: Check-in 4pm.

The small hamlet of Nibthwaite is situated in the Crake Valley, just a short distance from the shores of Allan Tarn and close to Coniston Water. Coniston Water is one of the most imposing and beautiful English lakes, where to the north of the lake is the pretty village of Coniston.
