This beautifully furnished cottage is on the outskirts of the small village of Goonhavern, 3 miles from Perranporth in Cornwall and sleeps five people in two bedrooms. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with TV, 1 x twin with T.V (can be 3 singles, sleeps 5 on request). Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room.
Holly Cottage is a beautifully furnished end-terrace cottage on the outskirts of the small village of Goonhaven, 3 miles from Perranporth in Cornwall. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are a king-size double and a family room with a double and 2 singles (can be three singles on request) There is also a bathroom, a ground floor cloakroom, a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room. Outside there is ample off road parking. Holly Cottage is a great base for a holiday or short break whatever time of year.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: No children under 8 years of age.

One of the best holiday accommodation we have ever stayed in.Lovely and cosy interior and everything you would ever need (and more).Well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. Quiet position in a cul de sac with 6 other cottages. Well placed for visiting surrounding area. Definitely to be recommended."
