This semi-detached cottage is situated in Old Colwyn, close to the town of Colwyn Bay and Llandudno and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with TV, 1 x family room with 1 twin and 1 day bed, 1 x single. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast bar (seats 2) and dining area (seats 4). Dining room (seats 6) with sofa bed. Sitting room (seats 4).
Beach House is a lovely semi-detached cottage situated in Old Colwyn, close to the town of Colwyn Bay and just eight miles from Llandudno. The cottage can sleep six people in one king-size bedroom, one family room with two twin beds and day bed and one single bedroom together with family bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area, dining room with sofa bed and sitting room. Outside is off road parking for one car and additional roadside parking and enclosed garden with patio and furniture. Beach House is a lovely cottage to be used as a base from which to explore this delightful part of the country. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Gas central heating. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 x TVs with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 1 cars. Bike storage. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and beach 5 mins walk.

The elegant coastal resort of Colwyn Bay has much to offer visitors of all ages, including sandy beaches, a promenade, a large park with a skateboard section, a leisure centre and bowling green, the Welsh Mountain Zoo, Eirias Park, a leisure centre, a theatre/cinema, numerous shops, pubs and restaurants (one on the seafront by the watersports centre, is owned by the celebrity chef, Bryn Williams, who also owns Odette's restaurant in London)
