Berries is a ground floor annexe situated within the owner's grounds in the village of Barningham, near Diss in Suffolk and can sleep two people in one king-size bedroom. There is also a shower room, and the rest of the cottage contains a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area and electric fire. To the outside of the cottage there is off road parking for one car, bike storage and a garden with patio, low fenced pond, furniture and barbecue. Berries is near to Thetford Forest and the market towns of Diss and Bury St Edmund and would suit couples looking to explore this charming part of Suffolk. Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways, East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.

Electric storage heaters with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Secure bike storage. Lawned garden with patio, low fenced pond, furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: There's a pond in the garden, which has a low electric fence. Note: No children, including infants.

Barningham is a small, well-served village in the heart of the beautiful Suffolk countryside with excellent transport links to Bury St Edmunds, Diss, Stowmarket and Thetford. There is a village pub called the Royal George offering good pub food, a convenient village shop with a Post Office, a church, a hairdresser's, a village hall and a flower shop.

"Over the years my wife and I have stayed in many self catering holiday accommodation. Berries would have to be one of if not the best. Rural atmosphere, easy walk to store and pub and comfortable drive to a number of larger centres and attractions. The accommodation had every thing we needed."
