This Tudor cottage is situated in the village of Manafon near Llanfair Caereinion and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin (one with a pull out trundle bed that can make a double if required). Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire.
Little Mill is a detached cottage, situated on the land surrounding the owner's working farm, in the small village of Manafon near Llanfair Caereinion. The cottage can sleep four people in one double and one twin bedroom on the first floor. The ground floor has an open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and living area, as well as a ground floor shower room. Outside there is ample off-road parking and a side garden with large summerhouse, hot tub, lawned area and furniture. Little Mill is the perfect retreat for a countryside holiday in a splendid location. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Electric panel heaters. Electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with FreeSat. Blu-Ray DVD player, DVDs and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Side gravelled garden with lawned area, hot tub, summerhouse and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 2 miles. Note: There is a stream at the front of the property, children to be supervised. Note: There is an unmade track that leads to the property. Note: During summer months the owner allows touring caravans (max 4) to use the fields surrounding the property. Please note: hot tub will be up to temperature by late evening on the day of arrival as it is changed after each stay.

The town of Llanfair Caereinion is built upon the site of an old Roman fort, in the valley of the River Banwy. It is a thriving town built around The Church of St Mary, with several high street banks, a Post Office, two supermarkets, and a selection of three different pubs. The annual Llanfair Caereinion Carnival is very popular with locals, and proceeds through the town with a full parade of floats and dancing troupes, providing a Rio carnival atmosphere.
