Hosting two bedrooms, one double and one twin, as well as a family bathroom, this bungalow can sleep up to four people. The property also contains a fitted kitchen with an open plan dining and sitting room, accompanied by a wood burning stove. To the outside, is off-road parking, a garage and a lawned garden with furniture. Located in a heart-warming area with many attractions, Noble Knott is a lovely bungalow in a fabulous part of England. Impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the Lake District has it all. From walking in the mountains to exhilarating watersports or just a gentle cruise on a steam-powered yacht, Cumbria is the perfect holiday destination.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 1 car. Bike storage. Garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk.

"Me & my wife just back from this quaint cottage, very well laid out, everything what we needed and walking distance to town centre and pubs and cafes, if i where to name a few negatives it would be to tidy up the back garden as it was a bit worse for wear weeds everywhere, a new showerhead as water was a bit slow coming from showerhead, and a new towel rail in bathroom as the one there was rusty and a bit tired looking, other than this we had a very rdlaxing time"
"... and another very comfortable stay in Noble Knott. Not that it was all good. The biggest bugbear was that the wi-fi had a habit of dropping, sometimes for several hours. I say wi-fi but it was the router that kept losing connection. Surprising how annoying it is to be without wi-fi, especially when the weather was a bit rubbish! Anyway, we survived :-) Another problem was that a previous occupant hadn't washed the saucepans very well. Somewhat annoying to start cooking only to find you have to wash crud off a saucepan. Not an issue for the owner I suppose but it hacked me off! Back to the cottage review. As before, great location with a really useful garage to store a mobility scooter. Close to shops and lake, Definitely recommended. Note to owner - maybe a few more teaspoons would be useful :-)"
"A fabulous, well-equipped bungalow in a quiet residential area of Keswick. It's located about a 10 minute walk from Market Square and maybe another 5 - 10 minutes from Derwentwater.Fitz Park is also about 10 minutes away. 1 15 minute walk gets you to Booths Supermarket and the Co-op. Absolutely no complaints about the property, location, equipment or comfort. There is a garage which is down a slope. When I tried to go down the drive, something scraped underneath; so I left teh car on the road. It's a cul-de-sac so no through traffic. One benefit of this was that my wife's mobility scooter could be housed in the garage and I didn't need to move the car to get it out :-) Highly recommended"
