The cottage sleeps eight people in four bedrooms which are made up of one double with an en-suite and one second floor room with double sofa bed with en-suite which has panoramic estuary views, and two twin rooms. There is also a bathroom, a ground floor cloakroom, a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a lawned garden with a patio and furniture. Marine Cottage is a wonderful house offering excellent accommodation in a delightful location at any time of year. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Gas central heating. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and CDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with stone patio and rattan furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 8 mins walk. Beach 1.2 miles. Note: There is a drop from the lawned area to the patio, children to be supervised. Note: Check-in time 3.30pm.

Reviews
"The house is well decorated clean with comfortable beds with plenty of bathrooms and lots of hot water. Now the bad points it is a lot further from the beach and town centre then it appears a very steep zig zag walk. Lots of the windows in the house can not be opened as are broken. Also the owner has a CCTV camera that looks at the back garden and into the rear windows from the locked garage . This feels like an invasion of privacy. I have stayed at many houses in south Devon this is only one I would not go back to."
