Electric gel filled radiators. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Permit provided for one car, which enables guests to park for free in all major car parks in Kirkby Lonsdale, as well as many South Lakeland District Council car parks in the area. Roadside parking outside cottage, restricted to one hour. Outside storage. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 1 min walk.

An attractive market town, Kirkby Lonsdale is situated in the heart of the Lune Valley, midway between the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District. The town was mentioned in the Domesday Book of 1086, and holds a 13th century Market Charter.
