A wonderful, family-friendly detached cottage situated in a pretty garden, within 23 acres of farmland near Fishguard, with five bedrooms accommodating 10 people. Mostly ground floor. Five bedrooms: 1 x first floor king-size double with TV, 1 x double with en-suite Whirlpool bath, shower over, basin and WC, 3 x twin. First floor bathroom with Whirlpool bath, shower over, basin, bidet and WC. Bathroom with Whirlpool bath, shower over, basin, bidet and WC. Wet room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast bar and sitting area with woodburner. Dining room. Utility. Study. External games room with table tennis, pool table and WC.
Church Cottage is a lovely, family-friendly detached cottage in a village called Scleddau, just over two miles from Fishguard in Pembrokeshire. The cottage is set mostly over the ground floor, with level access through a small porch at the front of the property available. There are four bedrooms on the ground floor with underfoot heating; three twin bedrooms and one room with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a Whirlpool bath. There is also a shared family bathroom with a second Whirlpool bath downstairs along with a wet room-style shower room. Upstairs is a fifth bedroom, the master, with a king-size bed and a bathroom next door with a further Whirlpool bath! Back downstairs is a study, a kitchen with a breakfast bar for two and a sitting area with a woodburner, plus a separate dining room where you can all sit and enjoy family meals or venture out onto the patio in summer. There is ample off road parking and a fenced front lawned garden with patio and furniture that can be accessed from two of the ground floor bedrooms. With walks from the door and lots of great attractions, including the coastline, nearby, Church Cottage is wonderful for a family getaway! Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Ground source underfloor heating with air handling system and woodburner. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, 2 x fridges, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with FreeSat, DVDs, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot and highchair. Ample off road parking. Bike/kayak storage in external games room. Fenced front lawned garden and patios with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Unfenced stream runs through bottom of garden and livestock in the surrounding fields, children to be supervised and dogs be kept on a lead when outside. Note: Level access available into property, the bedroom and the dining room and ground floor wet room mean it may be suitable for the less mobile. Please contact the owner for more details. Note- This property does not accept group party booking such as hen/stag or similar.
