Two bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x double. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Utility.

Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Gravel garden with picnic bench and access to 300 acres of grounds and gardens. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 4 miles. Note: Mobile phone reception can be variable.
