Overview
This detached cottage is located close to the village of Ballinskelligs and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. All ground floor. Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x double, 1 x twin. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area (seats 5) with open fire. Sitting room (seats 5) with sofa bed and electric stove.
Ocean View is a detached cottage close to the village of Ballinskelligs just eight miles from Waterville. The cottage sleeps six people and has two double bedrooms and one twin room along with a family shower room. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with open fire and second sitting room with double sofa bed and electric stove. Outside is off road parking for three cars and a private enclosed garden with furniture. Situated on the Skellig Ring, Ocean View is a superb base from which to tour this lovely part of the county. County Kerry is a mystical and unspoilt part of Ireland, with spectacular natural beauty and a fascinating history. Facing the Atlantic Ocean, it features many sandy beaches, rocky inlets and stunning peninsulas.

Located on the magnificent Skellig Ring between Waterville and Valentia Island, on the forthcoming Wild Atlantic Way, with wild rugged coastlines, scattered islands, vast mountains and high passes, the seaside area of Ballinskelligs sits on the attractive Ballinskelligs Bay and is an Irish-speaking area with a unique history and culture. Once the land base for the monks of Skellig Michael, the surrounding area has numerous prehistoric and early Christian ruins along its shores.
